The Leadership Training Program
Leadership training is highly complementary to Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services because they both strive for the same goal which is greater employee engagement leading to increased productivity.
It is already known that EFAP programs contribute to employee engagement and productivity. However research also shows that employee engagement and workplace productivity depends on an employee’s sense of job satisfaction and one of the critical factors contributing to job satisfaction is effective leadership and management.
We know that:
- Well-trained leaders and managers play a central role in creating a healthy organizational environment leading to enhanced job satisfaction on the part of employees
- Employees with high levels of job satisfaction are found to be often more helpful, positive, creative, punctual, loyal and more productive.
